We will arrange delivery of your order in any way convenient for you :)
However, the usual procedure for organizing the delivery of your orders is as follows: orders are accepted online around the clock. If you made an order outside of business hours, we will definitely contact you the next day (if this day is not a weekend or holiday). Consultations on products and services are carried out during working hours on the phone.
Business hours:
Monday till Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m,
Saturday and Sunday are days off.
When ordering be sure to specify a contact phone number and email address, so our managers can contact you to clarify the details of the order.
After confirming the availability of goods in stock and its assembly, our manager will send you details for payment.
When you pay for the bank card account is issued with the commission of the bank (usually about 0.5% which is usually removed when you receive the money on the card, and 0.5% fee for the transfer in self-service terminal and replenish in cash branch, but not less than 5UAH).
SENDING (in Ukraine)

Shipment within Ukraine is carried out within one or two working days after manufacturing of the order.
You can calculate the exact date of delivery using the services of carriers:

Shipping is possible by these shipping services:
- "Nova Post" (cost calculator on the website of the carrier). The cost of delivery is not included in the amount of the order, and paid separately upon receipt of the parcel. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of "New Post".
- "Ukrposhta" (cost calculator on the website of the carrier). The cost of delivery is not included in the order and paid separately upon receipt of the parcel. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of "Ukrposhta".
- "Justin" (cost calculator on the website of the carrier). The cost of delivery is not included in the order and paid separately upon receipt of the parcel. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of "Ukrposhta".
SHIPPING (to other countries)
Sending from Ukraine to other countries is made by state post (type of sending - "Parcel"). Outside Ukraine the parcel is sent by "Ukrposhta", and then accepted by the state post of the country where the parcel was sent. The cost of shipment is determined according to the "Ukrposhta" tariffs (cost calculation page) and depends on the weight of the parcel. Delivery time may vary depending on the country to which the parcel is going, as well as on the quality of the local public postal service. Usually it is 2-4 weeks.
